We are looking for the position of Customer & Sales Support

Customer & Sales Support represents an important role in the team, providing support for the technical and sales team, to bring the latest generation technology to farmers in their farms and communicating with customers to ensure that they have their feedback regarding his services and the offered products.

As Customer & Sales Support, you will spend most of your time in contact with colleagues in the field, ensuring the flow of documents, their registration in the system and providing customer assistance for the services we offer.

What superpowers do we wish you had?

➛ Graduate degree;

➛ Proven previous experience on a similar position – at least 1 year (data base entry or customer support);

➛ Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel;

➛ Good command of English language;

➛ Good communication skills;

➛ Demonstration of the following qualities: proactive attitude, independence, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

How will a day in our Client company look like for you?

➛ Preparing and controlling documentation flow and shipments;

➛ Database update and entry in ERP software;

➛ Direct communication and interaction with Sales and Service department;

➛ Processes different sources of information for reporting purposes;

➛ Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys;

➛ Create and update reports about Customer satisfaction surveys results;

➛ Monitor payment flows and manage payment notifications;

➛ Preparation of offers, contracts and primary accounting documents;

➛ Project a professional company image through phone and email interaction.
